Refund policy

Returns 
All merchandise sales are final, with the noted exceptions below:  

There are certain situations where refunds or a replacement item may be granted. 
Any damaged item in shipping, any manufacturer defective item, or any item missing artwork. To be replaced it must be in its original condition, original packaging, with proof of purchase (receipt is proof of purchases), and must be returned within 30 days. It must include a note with name, address, email, clear explanation and desired outcome (refund or replacement).

** Do not return merchandise to the supplier as they will not process returns.

Purchaser will be responsible for paying for shipping costs for returning the item(s). Shipping costs are non-refundable. If a refund is granted, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from the refund total. 

Any item that is returned after 30 days from delivery will not receive a refund.

Clearance Merchandise
Clearance items cannot be returned and are final sale.

Exchanges
Due to COVID-19 restrictions we are unable to accept exchanges.

Refunds or Replacement Item
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. If your merchandise return is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Please allow at least 30 days to receive the credit. If you selected a replacement item, the merchandise will be processed the day you receive this email. Please allow 10-12 business days to receive the replacement merchandise.

Late Refund/Replacement
If you haven’t received a refund within 30 days, first check your bank account. Then, contact your credit card company as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund or you have not received your replacement merchandise, please contact us at mattiewestbrouckcs@gmail.com
